Collages Réparatoires 2024

Collage is an intuitive, playful and portable technique that allows me to evolve within my process as an artist with the need of minimal work space.

It involves retrieving images from different supports (mainly magazines and old encyclopedias) and extracting them from their context.

I, then repair and reposition them in an intuitive process of free image association while looking for the twist that opens to unexpected connections, and runaways from constraints, that reveals that things are not quite as they seem.
